Shawal completed his Chartered Accountancy course from “Rahman Mostafa Alam& Co.”. He obtained his MBA in Accounting from National University of Bangladesh. He obtained ITP under National Board of Revenue (NBR) and has become a member of the Chittagong Taxes Bar Association (CTBA).

He performed multitasking in various positions of Accounts, Finance, and Audit of big group of companies both public and private limited.
