Sharif is a senior finance, audit, and taxation professional with over 26 years of distinguished experience providing strategic financial leadership to multinational corporations (MNCs), public listed entities, and prominent private sector organizations.

He is a Fellow Member (FCGA) of the Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh (ICGAB) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB). He is also a certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) under the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Sharif is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA – Application Level) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and holds the internationally recognized Certified Fraud and Forensic Professional (CFFP) credential from the Institute of Strategic Management & Finance, USA.

He possesses strong expertise in audit, financial management, taxation, compliance, internal control, and forensic investigation, consistently delivering strategic financial oversight with integrity, precision, and leadership excellence.
