Mohiuddin completed his Chartered Accountancy course from “Syful Shamsul Alam & Co’”. He obtained his MBS in Accounting from National University of Bangladesh. He obtained ITP under National Board of Revenue (NBR) and has become a member of the Chittagong Taxes Bar Association (CTBA). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB)

He performed multitasking in various positions of Accounts, Finance, and Audit of big group of companies both public and private limited.
