Lalchand is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), having qualified and obtained membership in 2018. He holds a Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree from the University of Dhaka.

With extensive professional experience spanning many years, Lalchand has developed strong expertise in finance, accounting, audit, VAT, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. He has successfully worked with diverse organizations, delivering sound financial management, ensuring statutory compliance, and strengthening internal control frameworks.

His in-depth practical knowledge and hands-on leadership in accounts and finance functions enable him to provide strategic financial oversight with accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
