Md. Kafil Uddin

Kafil is a seasoned finance and audit professional with over 25 years of experience across multinational companies, public limited companies, and private companies. He completed his Chartered Accountancy course in 2000 from Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co. and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the National University of Bangladesh.

He is a Certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) under the National Board of Revenue (NBR), a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (DTBA), and a Full Member of the Institute of Management Consultants Bangladesh (IMCB), affiliated with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).

From 2000 to 2019, Kafil held key professional positions within Navana Group, including Aftab Automobiles Ltd. and Navana CNG Ltd. His experience includes audit, financial management, accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and advisory, with extensive exposure to DSE, CSE, SEC, RJSC, and other regulatory authorities. He brings a practical, integrity-driven approach to strengthening financial governance, managing risk, and supporting sound business decisions.
